Access Denied Screen

If you are trying to access a module item and receive an "Access Denied" screen, it will usually be one of two issues:

 

1. The account you are logged in with is an observer account and not a student account.  If what you are trying to access is some type of assessment, observer accounts cannot access them.  Please log out of Canvas and try logging in again with your student credentials.

 

2. The item is not published or the date you are trying to access is outside the availability date.  Please reach out to your teacher for her to check availability.
