Adobe Express Quick Action - Resize a Video

 

 

You may have a video that you need to resize for a project.  The Resize Video tool will allow you to to make adjustments to the size of the video so that it can be used on specific platforms or other projects.  The guide below will walk you through how to complete the process.

 

Scroll to the Quick Action options.  Select Video>Resize Video.

 

 

It is time to upload the video you want to resize:

1. Upload a video that is already saved to your device.
2. To practice with this tool, you can choose the sample video provided.

 

The video will display.  There are resize options that provide specific platforms you can resize for.  By choosing one of the platforms you will automatically be given specific sizes that work with that platform. You can also choose the Custom option to set the size yourself.  For this example we will select Instagram.

 

 

1. Since Instagram was chosen, you see there are now 6 different resize options you can choose from based on what Instagram option you want to choose.  Select an option.
2. You can choose to Scale, or magnify, the video so it better fills the screen.
3. Download the video file.
