Images and Videos Not Showing on Canvas Student App
If images or videos do not show correctly in the Canvas Student App, you can try the following process.
In the settings menu, open the Canvas Student option.
Select the toggle to turn on Reset cache on next launch. Once enabled, force close the app so that it is completely closed, not just minimized. This reset will clear all information specific to this app, including the login details. You will need to enter "LCISD" as the campus and then re-enter your credentials when you re-launch the app.
